🎯 Job Role: Analyst Trainee – IT Support
As an Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering first-line technical support, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating with internal IT teams to ensure uninterrupted services.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and resolve end-user IT issues

Log, track, and manage support tickets

Troubleshoot hardware/software problems

Collaborate with global support teams for complex issues

Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates (2022–2025) with a 3-year full-time degree only (BCA, BSc in CS, IT, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Stats)
