🧾 Role Overview:

The candidate will handle end-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting, from capital calls and distributions to waterfall calculations, IRR/TVPI/RVPI metrics, and regulatory reporting. This is a critical finance role supporting investment banking and private equity clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex fund structures and capital allocations

• Perform waterfall calculations, carry plan and clawback accounting

• Prepare and review capital call and distribution notices

• Calculate NAV, IRR, TVPI, RVPI, and DVPI

• Review management fee workings, fund expense budgeting

• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal controls

• Experience with Sub-close, Equalization, and Rebalancing

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Private Equity Fund Accounting

• Freshers are not eligible

• Preferred experience in Investran and/or Geneva

• Strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory standards

• Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP is mandatory
