Job Purpose
To manage branch operations, cash handling, and customer service while ensuring policy compliance and delivering high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Cash & Collection Management

Implement and monitor cash policies at branch level
-
Daily cash collection, updating & bank deposit
-
Prepare and send daily cash collection reports to Head Office

Verify and update agency collections
Customer Service
-
Handle walk-in customer queries & complaints
-
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
-
Coordinate with HO / TCS teams for issue resolution within TAT

Collect customer feedback on services/products
Reporting & Operations

Report daily cash & service data
-
Maintain compliance with authority matrix

Support branch administrative activities
Cross-Selling

Promote insurance & other financial products

Identify upselling opportunities with branch visitors
Eligibility Criteria
