💼 Job Description – International Voice Process (Banking)

HCLTech is hiring experienced candidates for Inbound International Voice Process (No Sales / No Upselling / No Cross-Selling). The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and client queries professionally

• Provide accurate information on products, services, and banking-related issues

• Maintain SLA, quality standards & customer satisfaction

• Work with internal teams to resolve complex queries

• Manage multiple tasks using workflow tools and internal systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of voice process experience

• Excellent verbal & written communication

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Must reside within 35 km of Noida Sector 144 office

• Flexible for rotational shifts & rotational week offs
