Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Master Setup and customer master updates.
- Perform Cash and Payment Application activities.
- Generate and monitor Dunning Reports.
- Research customer accounts and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with customers and clients.
- Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Handle periodic contract pricing updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate Order to Cash processing.
- Maintain compliance with organizational finance policies and procedures.
