This is a contractual opportunity for finance professionals with experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and statutory accounting. Candidates who are Qualified Chartered Accountants (0–1 year experience) or MBA (Finance) professionals with 3–5 years of experience are encouraged to attend.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual regulatory reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory returns.
• Compile financial data and supporting schedules for Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) and Board presentations.
• Prepare and post statutory journal entries related to:
  • Premium Accounting
  • Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Treaty Accounting
  • Loss Accounting
• Prepare GAAP to STAT reconciliations and explain statutory adjustments and financial fluctuations.
• Perform Financial Internal Control (FIC) activities, including:
  • Intercompany Analysis
  • Premium Receivable Aging
  • Retained Earnings Analysis
  • Equity Roll-forward
• Participate in finance transformation and regulatory reporting projects.
• Support AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
