Walk-in Interview Details

Key Responsibilities

• Review journal entries and accounting transactions.
• Review accruals and bad debt provisions.
• Perform high-risk account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts (excluding AP/AR bank accounts).
• Review and clear open accounting items.
• Communicate issues, risks, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) processes.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations.
• Good understanding of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Applications is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Visual Basic or Macro knowledge is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA.
• 4–6 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR).
• Candidates serving an Immediate to 30 Days notice period are eligible.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting shared services is preferred.
