Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely approvals.
- Handle travel and expense claim processing.
- Perform accounts payable reconciliations.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Resolve vendor queries and handle escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Experience in vendor invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in payment proposals and payment processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage escalations professionally.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com (Mandatory) / M.Com.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
