- Customer creation and Maintenance (Customer Master) Transaction Creation – Invoice, Credit Memo and Debit Memo, statements Cash Application (Receipt Management) Experience in handling customer On Accounts, Unapplied & Unidentified. Customer refunds and due diligence Customer queries resolution ( Emails / Calls) Reconciliations: Bank, Intercompany, and Customer Desired Candidate Profile Good working knowledge in MS office and MS excel Experience in Cash Application/On Account/Invoice and Credit memo creation Reconciliations related to AR (Bank, Intercompany & Customer) Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) Good written and oral communication Able to handle customer queries and understand the significance of quick resolution Prior exposure to SOP documentation and knowledge of tools such as Visio, workflow tools etc.,.
