1.Deduction Analyst :
- Perform day to day root cause analysis with required speed and accuracy on reported deductions (including but not limited to promotional discounts, Pricing, freight, shipping claims or rebates, returns, among others.
- Act as liaisons between business and customers to collect the outstanding balances through emails and via portals
- Co-ordinations and follow-up for supporting information and documents
- Active team player with good communication and documentation skills
- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the relevant Client processes
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
Exp & Qualification Required:
- University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
- Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >3 years experience, 2 years in BPO industry, experience in AR would be an advantage
- Min 2+ years of Hands on in Deductions/Claims or Dispute management
- Expertise in MS office & Internet
- Good Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
- Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
- Experience with SAP, HighRadius is preferred
- Experince in FMCG industry is preferred
2. Deduction SME
- Manage delivery of services as per the agreement
- First level escalation for client process owners/Infosys team
- Review and publish of analysis and reports prepared by the team
- Deploy and monitor process controls and risk mitigation initiatives
- Strong understanding of the process and systems
- Coaching and training of analysts
- Identify transformational initiatives
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
- Track service level metrics
- Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
- Customer orientation
- Good communication skills
