- Running Dunning Reports
- Customer account research and discrepancy resolution
- Reconciliation and month-end close activities
- Periodic contract pricing updates
- Coordination with customers and clients for collections activities
Required Skills
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting processes (preferably Order to Cash)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- SAP application knowledge preferred
- Customer-focused attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Visual Basic or Macro skills will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant OTC / F&A experience
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days notice preferred
- Commerce or Finance educational background preferred
