Summary of Vacancy- NATIONAL MANAGER-CREDIT RISK

Job Role or Description

• Responsible for credit risk profile for MSE, Housing, Personal Loans, Two Wheeler Loan, and Loans by FIG
• To ensure implementation of the credit risk management policy approved by the Board.
• To formulate, review and implementation of risk appetite as per direction given by the CRO with limits for each individual sub segments
• Monitor credit risks on an SFB wide basis for MSE. Housing, Persona Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans and Loans by FIG and ensure compliance with the Board approved risk parameters/prudential limits and monitor risk concentrations.
• Review status of portfolio management, loan review mechanism, risk monitoring and evaluation, regulatory/legal compliance, adequacy of provision, risk concentrations, industry reviews, and suggest corrective measures and activity reviews for credit risk management.
• Review the performance and effectiveness of the credit scorecards, the need for any adjustments, and placing recommendations before the CRO
