Key Responsibilities
1. OTC Process Management
-
Monitor daily activities such as Customer Master, Cash Applications, Billing and Dunning.

Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash operations.
-
Ensure smooth execution of finance and accounting processes.
2. Financial Reporting & Accounting
-
Manage period-end and quarterly accounting activities.
-
Perform financial analysis and support period P&L reporting.
-
Handle sales reporting and related accounting activities.
-
Monitor reconciliation and accrual activities.
3. Cash Application & Customer Accounts
-
Identify unallocated and unapplied cash.
-
Coordinate with onshore teams to clear customer accounts.
-
Oversee cash application activities and different payment methods.
-
Support collections activities where required.
4. KPI, SLA & Team Management
-
Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs.
-
Handle performance management and reporting.
-
Drive productivity and process efficiency.
-
Resolve operational issues and customer-account queries.
5. Process Improvement & Documentation

Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Support SOP documentation.

Use tools such as Microsoft Visio.

Apply logical thinking and effective query resolution.
Required Skills
