Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Explain product features, prices, and availability
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits
- Address complaints and escalate when needed
Sales:
- Promote store products to meet sales targets
- Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs
- Stay informed about promotions and offers
- Handle billing and payment processes
Inventory & Merchandising:
- Stock shelves and maintain clean displays
- Notify management of low stock
- Participate in inventory counts
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and store organization
- Report safety or maintenance issues promptly
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with store team
- Attend meetings and training sessions
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10+2 qualification or diploma
- 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand long hours and handle stock
- Knowledge of basic math for billing and inventory
