Key Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and escalate operational risks; report issues to clients in a timely manner

Perform trade lifecycle support activities, including:

Trade confirmation matching
-
Pre-settlement support
-
Front-office to back-office reconciliation
-
Cash flow settlements (interest, premium, etc.)

Support operations for Syndicated Loans and Corporate Actions

Handle capital market operations such as:
-
Reference Data management
-
Regulatory reporting (SDR, KYC, etc.)

Various FO/BO reconciliations
-

Generate reports and support process improvements
-
Learn and work across multiple financial products:

Equity Securities & Derivatives
-
Interest Rate Swaps, FX Spot, Options, Futures

Credit Default Swaps, Commodity Derivatives

Fixed Income products (Corporate & Treasury Bonds)

Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
-
UG: B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, or any Graduate
-
PG: M.Com, MBA, PGDM, or any Postgraduate
Experience:

0 to 2 years in Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Operations (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply)
