- Knowledge of Mainframe Batch Operations and JCL (Job Control Language).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience in process improvement and operational monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT infrastructure and enterprise applications to ensure system availability and performance.
- Monitor application batch jobs using TWS and Control-M, and take appropriate remedial actions.
- Respond promptly to infrastructure alerts and incidents by following established operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior support teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance technical knowledge.
