💼 Job Description – Record to Report (RTR)
Join Capgemini’s dynamic Finance & Accounting team where you will manage core RTR functions and support clients in achieving accurate financial reporting and compliance.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Handle General Accounting activities: General Ledger, Journal Entries, Invoicing
- Perform Month-End Close activities
- Manage Intercompany Reconciliation
- Conduct Forecasting and P&L Management
- Respond to internal and external queries professionally
- Prepare and present risk and buffer positions
- Participate in client meetings and support special projects
- Ensure process accuracy and financial data integrity
- Assist in Cost Accounting and Controllership tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to reporting accuracy
