🛒 Job Description – Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, and supporting overall store operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers warmly and offer expert guidance
- Answer questions regarding product features, warranties, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to management when needed
Sales:
- Promote products actively and explain current offers
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and generate invoices
Merchandising & Inventory:
- Keep shelves stocked and organize displays attractively
- Ensure proper placement of promotional items and price tags
- Assist with periodic inventory checks and notify about stock replenishment
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Identify and report any store-related maintenance issues
Teamwork & Support:

- Minimum Education: 10+2 / Diploma (Graduation not mandatory)
