🧾 Job Description – Record to Report (RTR)
You will be responsible for managing core RTR functions, ensuring accurate reporting and driving financial transparency in line with global standards.
✅ Responsibilities Include:

General ledger & invoicing management

Posting journal entries and managing forecasting

Intercompany reconciliation & cost accounting
-
Month-end closing and reporting activities
-
P&L management and risk buffer analysis

Controllership and audit support
-
Handling client calls, query resolution, and project support

Coordinating with internal teams for resolution

Building and managing complex reporting structures
-
Forecasting with actionable insights
💼 Required Skills:

Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting flows

Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions

Analytical mindset & eye for detail

Ability to handle month-end close pressure

Experience in query management and reconciliation
