Job Role or Description
- Post Graduate qualification in Finance – MBA Finance Ability to communicate with senior leadership within Finance & Business and document their requirement Experience of working with large teams in a cross-functional & multi-culture environment. Strong knowledge of Oracle 11i (PA and GL Modules), Business Objects Knowledge of FP&A and driving Adhoc financial projects Strong Analytical mindset is must – conceptual clarity on financial levers & KPIs Strong communication and presentation skills Good knowledge of systems & tools, with strong hold Microsoft Office Suite Primary Skills Review, analyze and evaluate financial information Independently build and establish the CM KPI analysis tool Design, develop and produce functional reports/dashboards on various dimensions. Validation of Data & reconciliation (BO for Revenue & Cost, HR Pyramid) Preparation of ad-hoc reports, requested by different stakeholders Management of Customer Master data Governance framework on timelines for refresh/ interface, reports publishing Actively participate with stakeholders on strategic planning and bring value-proposition. Ensure collaboration between Sales & Finance community Coordination with the SBU and BU controllers across the globe to streamline financial system.
