Role Responsibilities:
For Order Booking / Entry:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end order booking cycle
- Process orders from various sources and perform order validations
- Prior BPO experience with exposure to SAP systems
- Communication with clients, understanding their order lifecycle
- Preferably from retail domain
- Willing to work from office and in shifts
For Order Generation / Orchestration:
- Experience in International Trade and Retail Order Management
- Coordination with manufacturing teams for production and shipping timelines
- Track orders and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Work with logistics partners for alignment on delivery schedules
- Good understanding of packaging, labelling, and documentation
- Must have SAP knowledge
- Strong in communication, detail-oriented, and flexible for shift work
Preferred Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in Order Management / Sales Fulfillment
- Good knowledge of SAP, logistics coordination, and order life cycle
- Background in international BPO (non-technical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for immediate joining preferred
