Job Description/Skills Required
As a part of this team you will be expected to possess and demonstrate the following work skill-sets:
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting and analysis, economics preferably in a global organization.
- Must have working knowledge of Indian transfer pricing laws, rules and case laws.
- Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing Compliances
- Preparation and finalization of Form 3CEB,
- Preparation of TP Documentation including benchmarking study
- Country-by-Country Reporting
- Preparing supporting work papers for transfer pricing related matters & experience in assisting preparation of submission for Transfer Pricing Litigation.
- Preparing responses to various transfer pricing notices
- Experience in preparing tax schedules for balance sheet tax accounts.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a dynamic work environment.
