Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage, motivate, mentor and coach a team of auditors
- Conduct all efforts with the utmost integrity.
- Partner with process owners to understand risk and design/develop effective internal controls
- Directly, and through your team, undertake the following, among other responsibilities:
- Collaborate to define technical and functional requirements
- Assist with the identification and resolution of business needs by
- Collaborate with team members to provide timely and meaningful feedback, update leadership on the status of issues and progress of resolution.
- Lead and assist with internal projects related to segregation of duties and SAP GRC
- Perform ITGC and application control audits in the SAP and non-SAP environment for all domains
- Prepare Process Documentation/Flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrix (RCM)
- Prepare and carry out test procedures based on control requirements and documentation
- Report control deficiencies identified, to management and business clients and monitor resolution
- Guide internal and external resources to complete the annual internal audit and annual SOX 404 / IFC plans
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and eliminate redundancies. Be comfortable in navigation control / control testing automation initiatives.
- Drive transformation projects to increase team collaboration and efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables
- Undertake data analytics using appropriate tools to identify patterns, trends and anomalies
