Job Description/Skills Required
- Support the Head of Transaction Services in the day to day running of the team Responsible for managing staff, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and overall delivery of work by the team (quality, service levels, etc.) Assist on the delivery of select projects, when required Continue to develop and hone your leadership capabilities Responsible for implementing plans to develop the skills of the team Work alongside key stakeholders, as well as wider FA senior management, which will help you develop and improve your leadership capabilities As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to be involved in diverse nature of engagements where you will: Assist in the operational management of the team of over 60 professionals Manage the team’s workload, their delivery of work including quality and service levels etc. and deliver training and implement plans to upskill the team Assist in the delivery of transactions Liaise with key stakeholders in the U.K., Canada, Australia, and the Middle East, among others, to allocate resources to engagements, build relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the business Assist in staff management, including recruitment, appraisals and day to day staffing matters Assist in the implementation of the strategy, and prepare annual plans to meet the objectives of the practice Oversee the team’s budget and monitor performance Take responsibility for practice risk management and quality assurance
