Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Must have completely owned and led the Procure-To-Pay function of a large organization (with revenues >5k cr.), preferably in a manufacturing industry. 2. Must have the experience of either setting up a Shared Service centre or in digitization, automation and transformation of P2P processes in a lead role. 3. Should have a deep understanding of latest technology trends in the P2P area. 4. The candidate must be able to understand all aspects related to controls and compliances in Procure-to-Pay function and still have a service mindset. 5. Must have hands-on experience on SAP, must be able to navigate through various SAP features and pull-out data / reports from various systems on his/her own. Should be able to help the teams in troubleshooting wherever required. 6. Must have experience of managing senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally. Should be able to handle escalations and audit issues on his/her own 7. The candidate must have a strong KPI mindset and be able to drive performance through KPI monitoring. 8. Candidate should be able to engage with various external agencies (auditors, consultants, tax authorities etc.) for work related assignments as and when required Must have handled large teams (100 to 150). Experience of 3rd party BPOs/Shared Services will be an advantage, though not mandatory
