Job Role or Description
- > Ensure all allocated clients payroll is processed accurately and timely > Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, variable payouts and benefits to employees > Ensure 100% error free deliverables > Taking care of statutory deductions precisely (Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and remittances of all statutory liabilities in time > Complies with all payroll related statutory returns > Knowledge on eTDS filing, Form 16 generation, TRACES > Managing PF transfers and claims assisting employees on PF related issues > Preparation of all applicable Labour Law reports and registers > Labour Law Returns generation & submission within prescribed timelines > Visit to Income Tax, PF, PT, Labour Law Departments and address to notices/intimation > Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate > Analyse payroll and compliance issues & recommend corrective actions > Conducting internal system and process health checks > Ensure the maintenance of maker and checker concept & follow the process/work flows> Updating on income tax and other state laws amendments and rules > Maintain employee payroll records data in system
