 Key Responsibilities

Department Manager

• Handle store shifts as Duty Manager

• Ensure floor readiness before store opening

• Maintain stock availability

• Implement SOP adherence

• Staff roster planning

• Maintain hygiene & customer service standards

Sr. Officer – Floor / Godown

• Prepare floor before store opening

• Manage team roster (15-day cycle)

• Ensure FIFO, hygiene & refilling

• Maintain price display accuracy

• Stock movement from godown to floor

• Train floor staff
