Key Responsibilities

Meet and interact with walk-in clients and analyze their financial planning needs

Present and explain financial products based on client requirements

Collect and submit policy documents and payment cheques to the venue in-charge

Maintain strong post-sales client relationships and assist in claim settlement

Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients

Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term trust
