💼 Job Description

Cognizant is hiring RTR (Record to Report) professionals for its Finance & Accounting team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts

• Book and review journal entries and reversals

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets accounting

• Handle accruals, bad debt provisions, and month-end closing

• Prepare cash flow and forecasting reports

• Clear open items and perform period-end reconciliations

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM

• Experience: 4 – 9 years in BPO (RTR Process)

• Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Record to Report processes

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• SAP knowledge preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Eye for detail and accuracy

• Additional advantage: VBA / Macros
