💼 Job Responsibilities

Manage warehouse outbound operations and ensure timely order dispatch.

Oversee inbound, inventory management, and team coordination.

Implement operational excellence through 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.

Handle a team of 50–100 members in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure high productivity and quality.

Work closely with leadership to drive strategic and process improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate)

Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in E-commerce / Warehouse Operations

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Outbound / Inbound / Inventory Management

Advanced Excel proficiency and system knowledge

Good communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of local language preferred

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
