Roles and Responsibilities

Role :Officer sales I & II / AM Sales

Role Definition / Expectation:

Officer Sales 1 :

  • 0-1 year experience (field experience preferred)

Officer Sales 2 :

  • 1-2 years of experience (field experience preferred)
  • It is preferred that the candidate has banking exposure

AM Sales :

  • 2 years + of experience (field experience preferred)
  • Candidate must have relevant banking /BFSI exposure
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge of Account Opening, KYC involved, etc.

About the Role: BDE/ Sales Executive role is part of hard-core sales team who is key member in Banks growth journey. It Requires rigorous hard work to bring NTB from all kind of customers in the area. Customer can be from retail, salary, corporate sector and has a banking required can be associated with the bank. You should look at every person (KYC holders) from the perspective of potential customer. This has hard work as well as high earning potential of incentives, faster promotion etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities for CASA accounts by building new relationships in market.
  • Manage business relations with existing corporate customers to increase the depth of existing relationships
  • Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
  • Conduct market enhancement activities within the corporates to enhance the business
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry

We need someone who is street smart. Literally! Your office is where your work takes you. You dont need to be in office and have workstation as it is not a branch-based Operations profile rather its hard core field sales profile
