Job Description/Skills Required
- Understanding key Regulatory and Banks internal guidelines pertaining to Control Functions (Internal Audit, Information Security, Information Technology, Finance & Accounts, Company Secretary, Operational Risk etc.) and ensuring Bank’s compliance as per said guidelines.
- Analysing impact of Regulatory Circulars / Notifications issued by RBI/ CSITE/ SEBI any other regulators and inform Senior Management about the Compliance Risk emanating if the guidelines are not implemented within the Regulatory timelines as prescribed by the Regulator.
- Partnering with Control Functions on various aspects of Regulations applicable to their Units and providing them solutions on matters referred by them in new and existing products and processes.
- Assisting in RBI Inspection process and closure of RAR Report.
- Review Internal Audit and Compliance Testing observations and tracking their implementation.
- Managing the Governance Compliance Manager (GCM) system for Control Functions.
- Initate the annual Compliance Risk Assessment exercise and complete within agreed timeline.
