🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage client servicing covering all banking needs, including bank and third-party products

Cross-sell asset, wealth, and other products to enhance revenue

Acquire new clients via leads and family account grouping

Conduct client meetings and calls for servicing and new product sales

Make cold calls to attract and acquire new Current and Savings Account customers

Achieve monthly sales and operational targets

Handle cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) with accuracy and compliance

Provide excellent customer service and assist with account inquiries

Ensure security protocols and smooth transaction processing
