- analyze financial statements and other related documents of the corporates and trace discrepancies
- highlight financial misrepresentation/window dressing of accounts
- tracing money trail, verification of banks statements, ROC filings/ IT filings
- check on quality of disclosures, fraudulent business practices etc
- analyse related party and other transactions to indicate potential red flags, possible fraud and fund diversion
- To conduct investigations of alleged or suspected violations, including theft, fraud, embezzlement and records falsification by borrowers
- Gather, review, and analyze data in support of an investigation
- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports and memoranda in a timely manner
- Prepare work papers to adequately document investigations performed with supporting evidence for all forensic findings
