Participate in process discussions, walkthroughs, and documentation of process flows and risk control matrices.

Conduct and review tests of design and operating effectiveness.

Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls.

Support managers in project management, scope rationalization, and status updates.

Mentor and coach junior team members to achieve their performance goals.

Ensure high-quality delivery within established timelines.
