Collaborate with Underwriters and Middle Office to resolve queries

Perform quality checks and ensure high standards of accuracy

Maintain SOP documentation and suggest process improvements

Support global operations across different time zones
👤 Candidate Profile

Graduate in any stream (preferred: Insurance, Commerce, Finance)

1–4 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting

Basic understanding of underwriting or insurance processes preferred
