Axis Bank is hiring for the position of Relationship Officer – Education Loan to manage client relationships, promote banking products, and drive business growth. This role offers excellent exposure to banking operations and sales in the retail and education loan segment.
🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research

Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote banking products including Business Loan, Personal Loan, Education Loan, Housing Loan, Secured Loan

Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
🎓 Eligibility & Skills

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 – 4 years in banking, sales, or client relationship management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of banking products, especially education loans, is preferred

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
