Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Voice & Live Chat process for health insurance members.
- Respond to queries related to pre-authorization, policy servicing, claims assessment, and complaints.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain complaint logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Meet productivity targets such as concurrent chat handling and SLA response times.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores of 95%+.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any specialization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (interaction with UK customers).
- Typing speed: 40–60 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 1:30 AM, Monday to Sunday).
- Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
