Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and sales of Current Accounts.
- Sale of non-deposit products, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
- Drive fee income, cross-selling, and branch productivity.
- Ensure branch administration, compliance, and customer delight.
- Liaise with product, marketing, and other teams for service improvements.
- Achieve branch break-even and profitability goals.
Job Requirements:
- 0–5 years of sales experience (Banking/Retail preferred).
- MBA / CA / CAIB qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and processes.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to cross-sell and achieve targets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Age limit: up to 30 years.
