Sales Officer – MBL (Loan Against Property)
The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring customers, and servicing existing clients in the micro-business lending segment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Develop local market presence.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote Loan Against Property (LAP) and micro-business loan products.
- Increase business volume and customer onboarding.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sales support.
Product Guidance
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable loan products.
Documentation & Onboarding
- Collect customer documents.
- Complete KYC and compliance requirements.
- Support loan processing and disbursement activities.
Reporting & Market Analysis
