🏦 Job Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve targets for liability products through new customer acquisition and existing client conversion.

Build strong customer relationships by providing financial solutions tailored to their needs.

Generate leads through branch staff, referrals, and personal networks.

Support field activities for conversion of borrowing customers into liability clients.

Cross-sell secured loan products and provide quality leads to loan officers.

Ensure database management of prospects and regular follow-ups.

Promote digital banking awareness – ATMs, BCs, and alternate banking channels.

Share feedback and market insights with the Sales Manager – Liabilities for continuous improvement.
