Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd is seeking talented professionals for the role of Analyst – USI Finance & Reporting at our Hyderabad location. This is an excellent opportunity for Chartered Accountants (CA) or Certified Management Accountants (CMA) with 0-2 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Accounting Entries: Preparation and recording of accounting entries in SAP for period-end, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities for both Management and India statutory books. Ensure all necessary annexures and supporting documents are appended in SAP.
- Accruals & Payroll Accounting: Period-end accruals for operating costs and invoices not accounted for. Accounting of payroll, AIP, and other fringe costs including Gratuity, Leave, PSRIP, EDLI, and PF admin costs.
- Amortization & Allocations: Amortization of prepaid insurance and other costs. Support the computation and preparation of USI SSOH allocation costs within USI legal entities.
- Statutory Invoicing & Compliance: Support the computation and preparation of USI Monthly Statutory Invoices (Costs + TP markup) and provide/collate information for finance-related compliance activities.
- Reconciliations & Financial Statements: Prepare reconciliations of various account balances, support the preparation of draft financial statements, and assist the Manager with necessary annexures and supporting workings for statutory audit.
- Audit Support: Provide support on the creation of reports and ledger extracts for various audits, including internal audit, statutory audit, and tax audit. Coordinate with other teams for collation and reconciliation of information for statutory financials.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with 0-2 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Applications like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and data analytical techniques is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates a healthy level of professional skepticism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to data privacy and ethical standards.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 9 PM
