Job Description:
- Handle customer support voice process for Amazon.
- Provide resolution and assistance to Amazon customers.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass (Graduates/PG can apply).
- Freshers are welcome; prior BPO experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: ₹2,32,250 – ₹3,60,000 LPA
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200 PA)

- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 – ₹225 per shift (based on shift timings)
