Job Description:
- Handle non-voice backoffice operations for US HR processes.
- Field client requests via calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Document client information, queries, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain records and logs as per standard procedures and SLAs.
- Provide timely resolution for client queries as per company guidelines.
Requirements & Eligibility:
✅ Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA/BMS, MA, M.Com, MBA part-time, PGDM, PG Diploma)
❌ Not Eligible: Full-time MBA & B.Tech freshers
✅ Age Criteria: 22 – 27 years
✅ Work Experience: 0–36 months (Freshers can apply)
✅ Skills: Basic MS Excel, data handling, client service orientation
✅ Shift: Night shift only (Both side cab facility provided)
✅ Working Days: 5-day working (Sat & Sun fixed off)
✅ Service Agreement: 1 year (mandatory)
✅ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 10–15 days preferred
