💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice support with professionalism.

• Provide resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.

• Adapt to flexible shifts including night shifts and rotational week-offs.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (graduates/PGs also eligible).

• Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus.

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹3,85,000 – ₹4,56,750 LPA

• Zeta Meal Card: ₹13,200 per annum

• Internet Allowance: ₹15,000 per annum (for WFH, if applicable)

• Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs

• Night Shift Allowance: ₹150–225 per shift
