🏦 Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Sourcing:
- Acquire new CASA accounts (Resident/Non-Resident) via catchment working, referrals, cold calls, and internal databases.
- Ensure values in accounts opened and meet productivity targets.
- Maintain compliance with KYC/AML norms.
- Lead Fulfillment:
- Support CASA leads generated by other verticals.
- Ensure timely processing as per TAT guidelines.
- Cross-Sales:
- Promote and sell key products such as FD, RD, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, etc.
- Business Hygiene:
- Manage welcome kits as per branch guidelines.
- Source customers responsibly and ensure value enhancement through regular follow-ups.
- Contribute towards branch goals.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any stream.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or freshers interested in sales roles.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
