As a Customer Support Associate – Collections Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Managing enterprise telecom customer accounts via chat & voice-based interactions
- Following up with clients to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Coordinating with finance & billing teams to resolve disputes and clarify invoices
- Handling customer communication in line with agreed billing cycles and terms
- Meeting recovery targets assigned by the process

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent chat etiquette
- Ability to analyze aging reports, DSO calculations, and payment terms
- High attention to detail in recording invoices and payment data
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
