 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer support calls

• Provide Tier-2 level issue resolution

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

• Deliver high-quality support services

• Follow client & internal SOPs while handling calls

• Assist customers with portal navigation

• Provide accurate product/service information

• Maintain service quality & performance metrics

 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC Passed

• 1 – 6 years experience in customer support / voice process

• Excellent oral communication skills

• Comfortable working in 24×7 night shifts

• Flexible for rotational shifts & week offs

• Night Shift (24×7 process)

• 2 Weekly Offs (Rotational)
