Job Summary
- Handle customer queries via email support
- Provide timely and accurate responses
- Ensure high-quality customer service experience
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints via email
- Draft clear and professional email responses
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Collect and update customer information accurately
- Escalate priority issues to supervisors
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Follow up with customers and stakeholders
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Good typing speed and email drafting skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years experience in email/customer support (NBFC/Bank preferred)
- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
