Role: Record to Report (R2R)
As part of the Record to Report team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, from journal entries to the preparation of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end Record to Report processes.
- Performing month-end and year-end close activities.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Handling general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assisting with audits and financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- B.Com Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Account Reconciliations, reviewing entries, GL accounting and month end closings.
- Job Location: Gurgaon
